Repeat Revenue provides an automated customer reminder platform designed for service professionals ("Users" or "you"). The Service allows you to input your customer contact information and job details to schedule and send automated reminders via SMS text message and/or email to your customers ("End-Customers") for recurring services.

2. User Accounts

To use our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

You are solely responsible for your use of the Services and for any consequences thereof. As a user, you agree to the following:

Compliance with Laws

You agree to use the Services in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.

Call Recording Consent

Our Services involve the recording of telephone calls. Laws regarding the notice and consent required for recording calls vary by jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding call recording, including obtaining any necessary consent from the parties on the call. You agree to indemnify and hold Repeat Revenue harmless from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your failure to comply with such laws.

Prohibited Use

You may not use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Transmitting any content that is illegal, harassing, defamatory, or infringing on the rights of others.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, or interferes with the performance of, the Services.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Payment

Free Guided Trial

We may offer a free trial period for the Service ("Free Trial"). During the Free Trial, you will have access to the Service, which includes a complimentary 15-minute concierge setup call. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Free Trial offer at any time.

Paid Subscriptions

Upon the expiration of the Free Trial, your access will be converted to a paid subscription, and you will be billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) as specified on our Pricing page.

Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account settings or by contacting us at support@repeat-revenue.com.

Payment

You agree to provide a valid payment method and authorize us to charge it for all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the subsequent month.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 14 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund of your first month's payment.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any price changes. For our early customers on a "Founder's Rate," the subscription price will be locked in for the lifetime of the subscription, as specified in the original offer.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Property

We own all right, title, and interest in and to the Site and Services, including all related intellectual property rights.

Your Property

You retain all rights to the content and data generated from your use of the Services, including call recordings and transcripts ("Your Data"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and process Your Data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Repeat Revenue DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
